We are not a discount firm. Discount fees inevitably leads to discount service, which leads to unhappy clients (we tried it briefly once; it doesn’t work). Doing the case on the cheap is particularly unwise for a Chinese marriage-based case. One missed issue or mistake can be enough to send the case into months of post-interview processing, so every effort must be made to get every detail right. That’s why we invest heavily in these cases. (it costs us approximately $500 per case just to maintain our Guangzhou office.) We have found that this is what our U.S. and particularly Chinese clients want, and we have gone to the very substantial effort to give it to them.
K-1 Fee: $1950. I-130: $1950. I-130 + K-3: $2750. Government fees paid separately.
